The New Home Company has recently won “Community of the Year” for its Woodbury neighborhood in downtown Lafayette, and was also named “Best Builder of the Year” during the prestigious program held at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.
Woodbury also won a “Best Architectural Design” award for an attached home over 2,000 square feet and NEW HOME’s Katrina Robinson was named “Best Customer Care Representative” in the Bay Area. Woodbury is a thoughtfully designed community of 56 new residential “flats” in the heart of Lafayette, a charming town located in San Francisco’s East Bay.
“The response to Woodbury from homebuyers in the Bay Area has been exceptional and we’re very proud of what we’ve created,” said Kevin Carson, NEW HOME President Northern California. “To have our work recognized with top honors from our respected peers is especially gratifying.”
“We could not be more proud of our colleague Katrina Robinson,” continued Carson. “She is so deserving of her award and our Bay Area homebuyers would agree. Finally, to be named Best Builder of the Year is a testament to our commitment to exceptional architecture, planning and customer service. It was a special night for NEW HOME and all of our trusted partners.”
