Development of the Year

A community housing project that was designed by Danielian Associates Architecture and Planning for Jamboree Housing has recently won the 2016 Affordable Housing Award’s Development of the Year for Clark Commons.

Located in the new master-plan development created with City Ventures and the City of Buena Park, Clark Commons is an exciting new affordable housing project by Jamboree Housing that represents a truly successful collaborative effort among its partners. 

This project features 70 one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartment units alongside coordinating efforts from local community partners, allowing residents easy access to much needed services, programs, and schools.
