Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing has announced the recent promotion of Robert (Bob) Marhoefer to Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO).

Bob is a past real estate sales person, appraiser and is a registered tax preparer who joined the brokerage firm over 20 years ago, serving most recently as Controller.
